Какую информацию несет фото государственного номера?

Стикер слева от госномера в странах ЕС является важной частью автобуса и на нём всегда написан заводской номер автобуса (+- заводская табличка), его и фотографировали. Лишь бы заминусовать, не разобравшись.

В чем проблема сфотографировать сам стикер? Тут его еле видно, и информацию с него тоже.

Can you take a photo of sticker a bit closer to bus next time please? :)

If the license plate is not visible it would be useless, because it could be the serial number of any white bus.
