Hi, this is a luggage Bus for Christmas Shopping. In Ulm they have every year during the Christmas Shopping Season this Special Service. You can Go shopping and take your luggage into the Bus. So you don't have to take your bags with you all the time.
I hope it's understandable, sorry my English is not the best.
