It was purposely parked in this grass patch for advertising, when the surrounding neighborhood was just being built - in the 2nd picture, you can see the unfinished roads in the background.

This photo and angle makes it look worse than it was, as the grass had grown pretty high at that point, especially in the front. It was cut back shortly afterwards.
