Потому что начальство такое, более 30 таких автобусов живыми распилили. При чем, что они отработали весь день, а потом своим ходом поехали на место, где после их просто разграбили и распилили. Автобусы живые были и рабочие, но кто-то решил что они не нужны, и надо их заменить новыми нефазами.
